Networks, hosting and IT support

Networks, hosting and IT support in Accra, for clients anywhere

Structured cabling, switching, access points, servers and workstations, cloud hosting, and ongoing support with a named team. We install the layer every other system depends on in Ghana, and host and support systems for clients wherever they are.

Every other system depends on this layer

The best software is no use if the network drops every afternoon, the server has no backup or nobody answers when the till stops printing.

We specify and install networks and hardware for the load you actually put on them, host the systems that belong online, and stay on the support line afterwards. When the team that built the system also looks after the network under it, there is nobody else to point at when something breaks.

Technical advisory

Independent guidance on hardware, connectivity and hosting when you are choosing between options.

How it works: Four stages, from site survey to support line

step 01

Survey the site

We look at the building, the connections and the equipment you have, and ask how many people and devices will use it.

step 02

Specify and install

A plan and an equipment list sized to the load, then cabling, network and hardware installed and tested.

step 03

Hand over and train

Everything labelled and documented, access handed over, and your staff shown what to check before they call.

step 04

Support and improve

Ongoing support, remote where the problem allows and on site in Ghana where it needs hands on the equipment, and upgrades as you grow.

Who it is for: For sites that cannot afford to go offline

Retail and distribution

Tills, printers, scanners and a network that stays up through the busiest hour.

Schools

Computer labs, staff offices and Wi-Fi across the campus.

Offices and professional services

Workstations, shared printers, file storage and secure Wi-Fi.

Health and pharmacy

Reliable connections for records and stock systems at the front desk and the dispensary.

Finance and insurance

Networks and servers set up with access control and backups from the start.

Public sector

Infrastructure for offices and service points, documented for whoever looks after it next.

Networks, hosting and support questions

Our team is based in Haatso, Accra, and goes on site in Ghana where the job needs it. Hosting and support run remotely for clients anywhere in the world.

Yes. We specify servers, workstations, switches and access points for the load you will actually put on them, then install and set them up.

On cloud hosting chosen for the job, or on your own servers if that suits you better. We tell you what it will cost each month and how it behaves when the connection drops.

Existing customers raise a ticket from the customer portal. It reaches the person who knows your setup, and the answer stays with the job for whoever asks next. New clients can contact us to arrange support.

Yes, once we have looked at what is there. We start with a review of the network, hardware and systems so we know what we are taking on.

Yes. Support runs remotely wherever the problem allows, which is how we look after clients outside Ghana, and we come on site in Ghana when the job needs hands on the equipment.
