Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity for organisations in Accra, and anywhere

We find the weak points in the systems, networks and habits you run on, fix the ones that matter first, and leave you with backups that restore, access that is controlled and staff who know what a scam looks like. Practical protection sized for your organisation, not an enterprise price list.

Most breaches start with something small

A shared password, a laptop with no backup, a staff member who clicks the wrong link, a server nobody has updated since it was installed. Attackers do not need to be clever when the basics are missing, and the cost lands on the organisation: lost records, days offline, money sent to the wrong account, and questions from customers and regulators.

We start with what you actually run, show you plainly where the risk is, and fix it in order of what would hurt most. Because we build and host systems ourselves, the advice is about controls that work day to day, not a report that sits in a drawer.

What we deliver: Protection you can see working

  • Security assessment
  • Hardening and patching
  • Access control
  • Backups that restore
  • Staff awareness training
  • Incident response
  • Secure websites and systems
  • Data protection compliance

Security assessment

A review of your systems, network, accounts, devices and backups, with a plain-language report of the risks ranked by what would hurt most and what fixing each one takes.

Hardening and patching

Servers, workstations, routers and software updated, unused services switched off, firewalls and antivirus configured and checked.

Access control

One account per person, roles that match the job, two-factor sign-in on email and business systems, and leavers removed the day they leave.

Backups that restore

Automatic backups of your systems and files, kept off site, with a restore tested so you know how long recovery takes.

Staff awareness training

Short sessions for your people on phishing, payment fraud, passwords and safe use of email, mobile money and WhatsApp, with practice emails to test it.

Incident response

A written plan for what to do when something goes wrong, and a team to call that already knows your setup.

Secure websites and systems

HTTPS, secure logins, input checks and access rules built into the websites, apps and business systems we deliver and host.

Data protection compliance

Help meeting the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843): what personal data you hold, where, who can see it, and the records the Data Protection Commission expects.

How it works: Four stages, starting with the risks that matter most

step 01

Assess

We look at your systems, network, accounts, devices, backups and how staff actually work, on site in Ghana or remotely.

step 02

Report and prioritise

A plain-language report: the risks ranked, what each fix involves, what it costs and what can wait.

step 03

Fix and protect

We carry out the fixes with your team, from patching and two-factor sign-in to backups and firewall rules, without stopping the business.

step 04

Monitor and train

Regular checks, backup tests, updates and staff refreshers, so the protection stays in place as people and systems change.

Who it is for: For organisations with records, money or reputations to protect

Retail and distribution

Tills, stock and payment systems protected from tampering and fraud, with sales records backed up.

Schools

Student records, fees and results kept safe, with parents and staff signing in securely.

Offices and professional services

Client files, email and payments protected from phishing and invoice fraud.

Finance and insurance

Access control, audit trails and backups that stand up to auditors and regulators.

Public sector

Citizen records and service systems protected and documented for whoever looks after them next.

Health and pharmacy

Patient and dispensing records held securely and available when the power or connection drops.

Cybersecurity questions

Small organisations are the most common targets precisely because the basics are often missing. A security review, two-factor sign-in, tested backups and a short staff session cover most of the risk at a cost sized for a small business.

We review your systems, network, user accounts, devices and backups, and talk to the people who use them. You get a plain-language report with the risks ranked by impact and a costed plan to fix them. You can stop after the report.

Yes. We start with a review so we know what we are taking on, then harden, back up and monitor what is there. Where something cannot be made safe we will say so and suggest the alternative.

Yes. We help you map what personal data you hold and where, set who can see it, put the records and notices in place that the Data Protection Commission expects, and keep the technical controls behind them working.

Call us. If we already look after your systems we work from your incident plan: contain it, restore from backup, find how it got in and close it. If we do not yet, we will still help you recover and then put the protection in place.

Yes. Short practical sessions on phishing, payment fraud, passwords and safe use of email, mobile money and WhatsApp, followed by practice emails so you can see whether the lesson stuck.
