About Front CMS

This module is used to add menus, pages, events and media (Media Manager) in Smart School.

Front CMS module workflow- First, we will add menus and menu items, pages, banner images, events, galleries, news and media (Media Manager).

First of all, configure the front CMS via System Settings > Front CMS Setting. Here, select the Enable/Disable fields: Front CMS, sidebar, Language RTL Text Mode, Sidebar Option, Logo (369px X 76px), Favicon (32px X 32Px), Footer Text, Google Analytics, WhatsApp URL, Facebook URL, Twitter URL, YouTube URL, Google URL, Linkedin URL, Instagram URL, Pinterest URL and select Current Theme and then click on the Save button.

How to add menus?

To add a menu, go to Front CMS > Menus; here, two menus are given by default (Main Menu, Bottom Menu). Then enter the Menu and Description and then click on the Save button. You can view this added record in the Menu List on the right side of the page.

To delete a menu, click on the Delete icon in the Action column in the menu list.

To add a menu item, click on the Add (+) icon in the Action column in the menu list; on clicking this icon, the Add Menu Item page will open.

Here, enter the Menu Item, External URL, Open In New Tab, External URL Address, Pages and then click on the Save button. You can view this added record in the Menu Item List on the right side of the page. Here you can arrange the menu order by moving menu items up and down in the menu item list.

To edit a menu item, click on the Edit icon, and to delete a menu item, click on the Delete icon in the menu item list.

How to upload a file to the Media Manager?

To upload a file, go to Front CMS > Media Manager , then choose or drag a file into the Upload Your File option or enter the Upload Youtube Video URL and then click on the Submit button. You can search media by entering any keyword in the Search By File Name textbox, and you can also search for any file by selecting the file type (like video, text, zip, RAR, etc.).

How to add pages?

To add pages, go to Front CMS > Pages , then click on the Add button at the top right corner of the page list page, then enter the page Title, , select the Page Type (Standard, Events (page to show all Events), News (page to show all News/Notices) and Gallery (page to show all images/video Galleries)) and Description, Add Media, SEO Detail , click on the Add (+) icon and enter the details here: Meta Title, Meta Keyword, Meta Description and then select the Sidebar Setting to show or hide the sidebar, and select the Featured Image (the featured image will be shown only on those themes or pages which support a featured image) and then click on the Save button.

You can view this added record in the Page List page (here you can see four default pages: Home, Complain, Contact and 404 page).

To edit a page, click on the Edit icon, and to delete a page, click on the Delete icon in the page list.

How to add an Event?

To add an event, go to Front CMS > Event , click on the Add button at the top right corner of the event list page, then enter the event Title, Venue, Event Start Date, Event End Date, Description, Add Media, SEO Details- Meta Title, Meta Keyword, Meta Description , then select the Sidebar Setting to show/hide the sidebar, and select the Featured Image (you can delete the featured image by clicking the Delete button) and then click on the Save button.

Here you can view this added record in the Event List page.

To edit an event, click on the Edit icon, and to delete an event, click on the Delete icon in the event list.

How to add a Gallery?

To add a gallery, go to Front CMS > Gallery , click on the Add button at the top right corner of the gallery list page; on clicking this button, the Add Gallery page will open.
Here, enter the gallery Title, Description, Add Media, Gallery Images, SEO Details-(Meta Title, Meta Keyword, Meta Description) and select the Sidebar Setting to show/hide the sidebar, and select the Featured Image (you can delete the featured image by clicking the Delete button) and then click on the Save button.

Here you can view this added record in the Gallery List page.

To edit a gallery, click on the Edit icon, and to delete a gallery, click on the Delete icon in the gallery list.

How to add News?

To add news, go to Front CMS > News , then click on the Add button at the top right corner of the news list page, then enter the news Title, Date, Description, Add Media, SEO Detail (Meta Title, Meta Keyword, Meta Description) and select the Sidebar Setting to show/hide the sidebar, and select the Featured Image (you can delete the featured image by clicking the Delete button) and then click on the Save button.

Here you can view the added News/Notices in the News List page.

To edit news, click on the Edit icon, and to delete news, click on the Delete icon in the news list.

How to add Banner Images?

To add a banner image, go to Front CMS > Banner Images , then click on the Add button at the top right corner of the Banner Images page; on clicking this button, the Media Manager modal will open. Here, select the file which you want to add as a banner image (you can search for any file by its file type (image, video, text, zip, PDF, etc.)) then click on the Add button.

Here you can see the added record on the Banner Image page.

To delete a banner image, click on the Delete icon on the Banner Image page.

How to show the exam result tab on the front site?

To display exam results on the front page, go to Front CMS > Menus. Here, you can see the 'Add Menu' form and the Menu List, which displays the Main Menu and the Bottom Menu. Click on the '+' icon in the Main Menu to go to the 'Add Menu Item' page.

When you click on the + icon, this will redirect you to the Add Menu Item page.

Here you can view Menu Item, External URL toggle button, Open in New Tab toggle button, External URL Address, Pages drop down and Save button.

In Add Menu Item, enter the Menu Item, enable the External URL toggle button, keep the Open In New Tab button disabled, and in External URL Address enter your domain address with examresult added at the end of the domain, such as https://yourdomain/examresult. In the Pages dropdown, don’t select anything; leave it as it is, and then click on the save button. The new item can be seen in the Menu Item List on the right side.

For Example - In Menu Item, enter Exam Result, enable the External URL toggle button, disable Open in New Tab, enter the External URL Address, leave the Pages dropdown unselected, and then click on the save button.

You can now view the Exam Result tab in the Menu Item List on the right side, and you can drag and drop the Exam Result tab according to your preference.

To edit the Exam Result, click on the edit icon on the right side. Here you can edit the menu item.

To delete the Exam Result tab, click the Delete icon on the right, and a confirmation modal will open. Now click on the OK button, and Exam Result will be deleted successfully.

You can view the exam result tab that has been generated successfully on the front site of your Smart School.

When you visit Smart School's front page and click on the exam result module, you may see the message “Exam Result module is Disabled Please Contact To Administrator".

Go to System Settings > General Setting > Miscellaneous; here you can see Exam Result In Front Site is Disabled.

Now click on the enable button, then click on the Save button.

Once you have Enabled the "Exam Result Page In Front Site," you can view Exam Result on your Smart School's front site. In this module, you can see the admission number tab and the exam dropdown.

Students can obtain their results without logging into their student panel account by visiting the Smart School front page and entering their Admission number, selecting the Exam, and clicking on the Search button, and the result will be displayed below.
